As we approach the traditional Festive Season, it is good leadership practice to find creative ways to celebrate your and your team successes. Too often in business and at home these days we are under pressure to squeeze more and more into less and less available time - The year end is a great period for adding a small celebration of your successes.
Building up to the new year we tend to focus on next years targets and New Years resolutions - all good things in themselves - but it is essential for your team morale to ensure that you have taken time to celebrate your successes and thank everyone involved for their contribution.
Here at ydangle we want to thank you as well for your great support over the past months and to our clients for delightful business contacts we have had. Further our interaction with the students at TSiBA University was personally very rewarding for Eric and myself and a change from a pure business activity. We launched ydangle apps with our iPhone based application for tracking personal and business mileage via your mobile phone. We will be releasing an exciting new app in the new year and plan to develop further versions for other operating systems. So all in all a busy period past and exciting future it seems. We really would like you as a regular reader to continue to journey with us.
